SHOULDER ROTATION

  • Stand tall or sit in a chair with your back straight but relaxed

  • Drop your arms, relaxing your shoulders and neck

  • Inhale gently raise your shoulders, holding your breath

  • Then slowly begin to circle your shoulders forward in a smooth motion in full circles

  • Then begin to make circles with your shoulders back in a gentle circular motion and controlling your breathing.
